FES PTA Advocacy CommitteeYour voice matters—let’s stand united in ensuring the best for our school community! The Blueprint for Maryland’s Future is a transformative education reform plan aimed at improving outcomes for all students across the state. While its intentions are positive, many parents, teachers, and school leaders in Carroll County share valid concerns about how its implementation may impact our schools, educators, and children’s futures.
We recognize the frustration and uncertainty this has caused within our community. That’s why Freedom Elementary’s PTA Advocacy Committee, led by Dr. Amanda Jozkowski, is dedicated to breaking down complex information about the Blueprint and providing clear, manageable ways for parents to get involved. Now more than ever, it’s crucial for us to pay attention, attend meetings, and work together to advocate for our kids, support our incredible teachers, and protect the integrity of Carroll County’s education system.
