    • Audit completed
    • Accountant is finishing 990 and we will be submitting soon.
    • Feb 28 – $7559.32 is the current balance
  • Volunteer Coordinator update:

      • Box Tops – we have a new chair
      • Spelling Bee

      • Movie Night : 3/3
      • STEM Fair – 4/27:
        • Concessions can be sold
        • Looking for some volunteers
      • Dances:
        • Mother/Son – 5/12
        • Father/Daughter – 4/28
          • They will occur 7-9. Maybe we could coordinate dances with restaurant nights
      • We are looking to have all big events planned and coordinated with administration so that they can be included in the Year-at-a-glance refrigerator page.

      • The money is being allocated to PE equipment.

      • We are close to the 250 household threshold
      • The program has updated so that sponsors can be added easily
